Adding to this, we envisioned a way for a sustainable ecosystem of entrepreneurs to work together. It is super helpful that I'm a qualified winemaker who loves operations, spreadsheets & technology...and that I'm married to an IT guru! That's why you'll see a few different ways of doing things here - to help us streamline & remain flexible...and to offer solutions for our community.

Now for some of the techno gadgets!

We offer a keyless access system so that our members simply use their phones to open the doors. Whether you have a 24/7 studio, desk or flexi-pass - your membership/purchase/booking will 'talk' to the doors and let you in - if you've paid!   
You can also register guests for meetings and they can receive their once-off key access, along with a wifi code. Or you can meet them at the door. This keeps the workspace secure and all our members accountable for their use of the space. 

Wifi & printing is set up within our membership account – an online portal where you can manage your profile, billing, plans & products. Our printer offers full colour A3 & A4 – with secure printing options available.

Our Workspace Barossa App is a state-of-the-art booking system for meeting spaces, workshop room, adding products such as snacks & drinks, or registering your guests so that they have access to the meeting details & wifi for their time. Here you can also log helpdesk requests and also send messages to the other members.

It’s our belief that we are all good at some things, and maybe not get great enjoyment from other things! In our case, we love to help co-ordinate, plan & prepare – so we offer event management, catering and conference planning. We love to share the good things done by our members, and can create a Workspace Business Series Event on our website & social media with ticketing, RSVP, Attendee Info – all done in the one place. 

If you book our 
Workshop Space at $60/hr or $360/day, this includes our Workspace Liaison who can help supply tea & coffee, and will be on hand to deliver food if selected. That way, you can get on with doing your work. Too easy.

If you believe the early bird gets the worm – why not book a Brekky Workshop Space – Let us take care of that from as little as $25pp for a 7am-9am booking in our Workshop Space.

Speaking of ease – the Workshop Space is kitted it out with a rockin’ 65” 4K TV, so you can connect with HDMI or Chromecast plus a wireless keyboard and mouse. And when you’re done with your work, it’s a great space for some large screen Netflix watching!! Just kidding. Remember, we want you to be free of distractions and #DoGoodThings.

Our membership software has been carefully selected to help us to grow and accommodate our members’ needs, with an online portal.
If you book Meeting Space B for example, which has a 28” TV – you can also integrate this booking with Zoom – so if you have 3 people who can make it to the Workspace, but a couple who can’t – you can still be connected by the one meeting request. Wow!

Foyer Space with the gorgeous lofty pressed-tin ceiling & ample space overlooking Tanunda's rotunda gardens, can be hired out of hours for business functions up to 50 people. It is complete with a bar area, lounges and a 43” full HD TV – during the day this displays our Workspace Dashboard - consider it the info space of what’s on in the Workspace, Meeting Space availability, Events coming up – out of hours, this can be used for presentations + more! Catering within the Foyer Space starts at $40pp for a 3 hour event. Yum

For those who are needing a quiet space for recording a podcast or webinar video, then our 
Media Space is pretty cool. Originally the Barossa Music Centre "drumming room" (where drum lessons were held!), it is sound-proofed and we’ve set it up with a Blue Yeti microphone and Luvo GlowMINI 12” Ring Light – all you need to do is bring your laptop or phone and start recording!


We really have put a lot of thought into what the needs are of our business community, how we can grow with you plus what we believe are the ‘nice to haves’ from our previous working experiences, such as some relaxed vibes, smooth tunes & lots of smiles.

Our offering is a flexible space, where we can share these resources and costs, collaborate, support and in general, #DoGoodThings.
